Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error during entering RMA

Hi,

While trying to create Return Order following error message is appearing ;

RMA quantity cannot exceed the shipped quantity for the given item revision.

Quick help is highly appreciated.
