Not able to view concurrent output file

 Hi,

APPS : 11.5.10.2
DB: 10.2.0.2

I am not able to view the concurrent output file form custom responsibility, when i try to open it geeting an error "Client routine fdpvwr failed to prepare for file transfer".

But i can open other output file from different user. Please kindly assit.
