OEM 12cR2 (12.1.0.2.0) incorporated bug corrections

Can anyone please tell me where I may find the patch list, bug fixes, etc.. that have been incorporated into 12cR2 (12.1.0.2.0).  I have 12.1.0.1.0 installed without BP1.  I can get the bug fixes included in BP1; however, I can not find what issues/bugs that have been addressed from 12.1.0.1.0 to 12.1.0.2.0.  I have reviewed the enhancements (What's New in 12.1.0.2), but that is not what I'm looking for.  I would be interested in suggested performance improvement information, if it exists.
