Diskgroup not CONNECTED

Hello

We have a 2 node rac, and i recently create a new diskgroup.

I've tried to create a table an i receive the error ORA-01157

Checking from instance 2 shows that the diskgroup appears MOUNTED, but in instance 1 appears CONNECTED

DOes any one can help us ??
