HRSSA personal information change approval issue after R12.1.3 HRMS_RUP5

Hi,

We have encountered an error in the ESS personal information change approval process after RUP5.

We have set up two global roles via US Super HRMS Manager > Transaction Maintenance > Global Roles.

Role 1: Benefits/Admin

Role 2: Payroll/Admin

Some users are included in both roles. Depending on the type of information change, the users may be notified for approval, or as an FYI.  This has worked fine until RUP5. After RUP5, we get an error message after submitting a personal information change (e.g., Emergency Contact") which has both roles on the approver list:  

"Your changes have not been sent for approval because the following error occurred. : ORA-20002: 4016: User/Role relationship for user 'DLM' and role 'PRLL_APPR_1039023_RLD,DLM,DML,ERY,KME,DAB,LAL,DLM,DML,ERY,KME,DAB' already exists."
