Issue in my secondary ledger

Hi:
When create my secondary ledger appear in status incomplete and I can not see the data of my primary ledger.
Anybody help me, for solution issue. When I click in button complete in options Primary to Secondary Ledger Mapping of my secondary ledger appear the following error: Please assign the following currency conversion options: Default Rate Type, Inherit Transaction Rate Type, and No Rate Action.
The field Default Rate Type is disabled.
