Cloud Control only show agent not the host

Hello

We've installed cludo control 12c (12.1.0.2)

We deploy/install an agent using cloud on a hpux machine with multiple databases (also versions)

Agent was succesfully installed, but  cloud control only shows the target as agent no host.
