Relinking errors after applying patch 14138731

During patch 14138731, adrelink encountered several relinking errors.

Adrelink log file shows the following:

/ebs/appl/product/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/lib/adgenhomenum.o: file not
recognized: File format not recognized
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [/ebs/appl/product/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin/adgenhnm] Error 1
Done with link of ad executable 'adgenhnm' on Fri May 18 13:28:33 CDT 2012
 
Relink of module "adgenhnm" failed.
See error messages above (also recorded in log file) for possible
reasons for the failure.  Also, please check that the Unix userid
running adrelink has read, write, and execute permissions
on the directory /ebs/appl/product/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/bin,
