Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

HR Patches 6699770, 3500000 failed - FAILED

We are using SHARED HR and preparing for R12 upgrade. First of all the main patch 6699770 failed and then I applied I did analysis and applied patches 4444880,3995315 but other than 444488 patch, all patches are failing because of *.ldt uploading.

FAILED: file benprogs.ldt on worker 1 for product ben username APPS.
FAILED: file payzzreqset00013.ldt on worker 1.

FAILED: file perzzrespon00049.ldt on worker 1.
FAILED: file perzzrespon00051.ldt on worker 2.
FAILED: file perzzrespon00050.ldt on worker 3.
FAILED: file perzzrespon00048.ldt on worker 6.
