Oracle Incentive Compensation: Paysheet Detail Report button is disabled.

Hi All,

I am very new to Incentive Compensation module. I have successfully created few compensation plans and was able to calculate the commission successfully. When it comes to payment, I tried running the payment batch, after running the payment batch, the paysheet detail report icon is disabled for me. I am not able to access the detail report. Please suggest why I am not able to see that report.

I created user using the below steps:

1. Created new person XX_PERSON.
2. Created new user 'XX_USER' with Compensation Analyst and Compensation Manager responsibility.
3. Created a role XX_ROLE with type: 'Sales Compensation Payment Analyst'
