Cannot open XML file of Standard Report Output in All Financial Modul

Hi all,

When I run some report in oracle application R.12.1.1 I cannot see the XML output. But, firefox windows appear with note

"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

and I try to open XML output in EI, But, I found problem same like firefox. Now, I cannot make report with XML file. What happen with my application?
