Hi,
Patch :13563472 failed when trying to relink.

observed the following error from the patch log file :

Relinking executables...


An error occurred while relinking application programs.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No
 Freeing includes hash table
Freeing fixes hash table
 Freeing basedons hash table
Freeing entities hash table

You should check the file
/d06/oracle/PROD/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/clone/log/adpatch.log

for errors.
