Viewing concurrent request output Excel Format

Hi
Not sure whether this is the correct community for this question, please re-direct me to the correct community if it's not

Some of our users are experiencing issues when trying to view the output of a concurrent request in excel format. They are getting the following error: Microsoft Excel can not access the file http://servername/FNDWRR.exe?temp_id=112111. There are several possible reasons:
The File name or path doesn't exist
The is being used by another program
The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook

This has only been ocurring since we have changed from Oracle on Demand to another vendors hardware
