Applying patch 14273383:R12.AP.B cause Oracle Forms generation problem

Hi,

While applying the Patch 14273383:R12.AP.B which is replacing the Patch 13563472:R12.AP.B on our TEST environment, we encountered the following errors :-

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource OKSACTEV.pll
au resource OKSAUDET.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :

skipped the and completed the patch installation then ;

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

oks forms/US OKSAUDET.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :
