viewing pdf concurrent request output issue

Hi

Please re-direct me to the correct community if this is not the correct one for this issue

When we click on view output of a concurrent request in pdf format the pdf file stops loading e.g. it says downloading 1.2 MB of 2MB and then stops. Smaller files will load successfully but files larger than 1MB hang. Any ideas what may cause this problem. we are on 12.1.2, It's effecting all users. Only started happening after we changed database and apps servers
