Best Practice to Manage Submitted Jobs

We are on JDE E1 9.0 Tools 8.98.4.1.  We run the system on AS/400.  Some of our users would like to keep reports from submitted jobs, but do not want to have to open each report and save it to their PC.  Is there an easier way to save these reports to another location and then be able to look at them later if needed.
