Unable to Cancel full received receipt -- Purchase Order Receipt

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to cancel the PO for which quantity is fully received against it.

How can I cancel the receipt and PO.

PO Status -- Requires Reapproval

Shipment Status -- Closed for Receiving

Buyer -- Person is inactive in HRMS

Supplier -- Inactive.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
