CRM ON Demand Contact Field - Multiselect/Single value picklist - Filter not working
I created a multi picklist and a single picklist field on CRM and have our BU names listed as values. The sync job transferred the data to ODM and I can see the contacts. Here are few things I need help with
1. Is it possible to edit the contact page layout and add these two fields so that the user can see the BU name?
2. I am trying to create a target list based on the multi select picklist field or single value picklist field, it is not oulling those contacts. Please advise
