How is it possible to create a conditional formatting in LAYOUT EDITOR outside of "data table" ?

HI,
I have two repeating sections with a data table

in one of repeating section i have a "layout grid" with one ligne and 3 columns
in on of this colums i have a data and i would like to apply a conditional formatting

it seems that it's only possible to create conditional formatting in data table
