Product Recommendations

Dear Experts,

I would like to consult with you on Order Management - Product Recommendations.

My questions are:

1. When I try to add any Product under Order Line Item a Product having a recommendation in my Sample Db 8.1.1.5 I get the following error and no messages are displayed when I select the Messages Icon?

Error Error 1 00000002506a0ad4:0 2012-10-02 16:24:11 Instance with name: TheInstance not found.
