Not After Date on RTV

When creating an RTV in RMS, when looking at the RTV in SIM, the Not After Date and Create Date is one day behind for stores that are not in the server time zone. The GMT system setting is set to "No".
How can we correct this? I have tried changing the System Setting in SIM "GMT equals "YES" and created another RTV in RMS and nothing changed.

Any ideas?
