window batch script to check dataguard is in sync with the Primary.

 Hi,
I've configured oracle 11g  manually managed Data Guard (primary/standby) on two window servers, since it is a standard edition.   All i need to create to a window batch script to check  and email me  if standby server is not able to receive or behind the primary database . I know we can do this quite easily on linux via shell script  but not sure about how to achieve this one on windows.
