Trouble accessing the courses in Oracle Support Training Announcement for October 2012?

 Anybody else having trouble accessing the courses in the Oracle Support Training Announcement for October 2012?  I've tried from multiple browsers and each of the training links seems to just time out after entering my login credentials.
