does anybody have code to call api csi_counter_readings_pub.capture_counter_reading.

 I am calling api csi_counter_readings_pvt.create_reading_transaction first to create the csi_transactions but then I get the error Passed parameter ( ) already exists when calling csi_counter_readings_pub.captuer_counter_reading.
