How and when ASSET_COST_CCID and ORIGINAL_ASSET_ID columns updated in PA_PROJECT_ASSET_LINES

 I would like to know how and whenASSET_COST_CCID(how is this value derived, is this same as Dep Exp Acc on Project Asset) and ORIGINAL_ASSET_ID columns updated in PA_PROJECT_ASSET_LINES table.
I have some assets that are transferred to FA, Posted in FA, and tied back, still these 2 fields are null.
I would like to know the scenarios in which these columns are populated/updated and which PRC program updates these?
