Create Asset Through Wed ADI - Error while creating asset and posting direct from Web ADI

Hi

while creating Assets directly in the Mass Addition thorugh Web ADI , the error comes. When Check the " Create Assets" option in the "Create Asset Upload" and upload the asset the error comes and assets and not posted and post mass addition report not run.

Please guide me what to do.
