Trying to start MWA services after a sudden DB server down.

We started ASM , DB and APP services.

While starting MWA getting below mentioned error:

Starting MWA Wrapper script.  Checking if all ports are free to start the servers and dispatcher...
lsof: can't stat(/devices): No such file or directory
Starting MWA Server on Port number: 10350
lsof: can't stat(/devices): No such file or directory
Starting MWA Server on Port number: 10352
lsof: can't stat(/devices): No such file or directory
Starting MWA Server on Port number: 10354
lsof: can't stat(/devices): No such file or directory
Starting MWA Dispatcher on Port number: 10500
