Hi team,
Patch 14386329 Failed with AD Worker does not support the command DECLARE  

13984450 failed with:

adwork001.log:Applying XDF file : /u01/erp/ptt1APP/apps/apps_st/appl/po/12.0.0/patch/115/xdf/PO_REQUISITION_LINES_F5.xdf
adwork001.log:Index PO_REQUISITION_LINES_F5 does not exist in APPS.
adwork001.log:Could not retrieve tablespace information for object PO_REQUISITION_LINES_F5

Found one hit - Installing 13984450 Error Out With Index PO_REQUISITION_LINES_F5 Does Not Exist In APPS [ID 1482714.1]
Soloution - Apply Patch - 14386329

Followed contents of 175485.1 to create a backup of Patch Install 13984450.
Mid way through 14386329 I got the following error:
