while applying the american upgrade driver patch I am facing this issue

Wrong number of fields in restart file at line number = 1234.
This may indicate that the 'END OF COMPLETED JOBS' line is missing.

Missed the grants steps  - Apply AD 12.1.1
1. Run adadmin -> Maintain Applications Database Entities menu ->
     Re-create grants and synonyms for APPS schema.
