I upgrade my database from 10.1.0.5 To 11.2.0.3 the I had got problem with statistics stale

for upgrade my database from 10.1.0.5 to 11.2.0.3

I read the note 881505.1 and I have question "before ugrade and dbua".

I have executed @utlu112i. 5 I can not delete the "stale statitics"
I execute next :
