As per note id: 1489918.1, its asking to apply the Delta 5 :
 apply Patch 13418800 R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5

We are planning to apply the same on our production system.
Please let us know if we apply  Patch 13418800 R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5 , will that superseed the patch : 10281212.B ?

or will it still needed to apply 10281212?
