Oracle CRM Integration with Vertex auto dialer.

Hi all,

We need to integrate Oracle CRM Sales with Vertex Auto dialer. Is there any out of box integration solution or API available to accomplish the same? We had tried Oracle Inbound / Outbound telephony implementation however in our environment, CTI integration failed.

Please suggest workarounds.
