Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. To upgrade to 9.1 version and 9.1 tools, are there any minimum release requirement?

Is it possible to upgrade from 8.11 to 9.1?

And from 8.97 tools release to 9.1 tools?
