GL/MRC: Post Reporting Journals Automatically Profile

All:

Can you tell me how this profile works?  (GL/MRC: Post Reporting Journals Automatically)  I have set it and tried testing however it is not doing what I expected it to do.  Which is to autopost entries that come over from the Primary SOB.  We are on 11.5.10.
