Receivables Patch 11i.AR.O additional patches

We are currently patching our E-Business Apps to the latest recommended release for 11i. 

I plan on applying patch 3653484 (11i.FIN_PF.G) which brings Receivables to 11i.AR.O. 

I see a lot of references to 11i.AR.P when I search Oracle Support, but I there is no available patch.  The community indicates that 11i.AR.P will not be released. 

Are there any recommended patches above 11i.AR.O?  One example is Patch 6853134.  Should this be applied?
