Express receipts asking for item number -- why ?
Before I raise my question little background on environment.
Oracle Apps 12
WMS enabled using warehouse scanners to transactions e.g. picking, shipping ,receiving putaway and other standard warehousing activities.
We recently enabled express receipts and for most cases no issues, however on certain internal shipments related to internal sales orders (ISO) the prompts on the warehouse scanners jump into non express receipts.
The system prompts for item number and then proceed with all the prompt of standard receipt.
I have not been able to figure out why it is happening. As far as I know the process of creating ISO is same but when receiving for some reason certain shipment gets prompted for item number and others dont.
