Discrepancy between the Material Workbench Main Screen & Availability Screen

 Hi Friends,We found some discrepancy between the material workbench main screen and the availability screen.
Example#1
item '0000038F5725R' under subinventory 'INTRA_INV' have onhand of 3 quantity in the main screen of material workbench. But when click availability button, it shows 0 quantity.
Example#2
item '0000038F5725R' under subinventory 'BF_PROD' have onhand of 98 quantity in the main screen of material workbench. But when click availability button, it shows 101 quantity.
Please advise what could be the cause.
