Errors while applying patch 7505626 - CZ_LCE_COMPAT_REC_TYPE.xdf

Hi, We are upgrading EBS 11.5.9 to 11.5.10.2 with Database 11.2.0.3. We are currently testing this upgrade on a number of instances. I had applied the same patch before on another intance but I didn't see the problem I am seeing this time. Its possible that may be because I may have skipped some of the patches that were not needed in this final run. Almost all the products that we use, I have applied min patch levels or gone to the highest RUP that was available. I am at the moment stuck with this "Oracle Configurator" patch
So while applying patch 7505626 on the conc mgr node, I get these messages in the patch.log.
