TNSPing slow response

Hi All,

Today i had one serious issue with connectivity to databases which are under one listener. We got an alert from OEM saying "tns response time is 27080 sec's" and "The listener is down: TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out".

I cross verified Server load which looks normal and memory used was less than 50%. Cross verified with OS team and Network team who replied back saying they couldn't find any issues at their end. Also there were no errors reported on alert log and on listener log as well.

This tnsping slow response is there till i restarted listener: (This response time is pretty high which i never saw it earlier)
