[ST2540-M2] Problem : not detected with CAM

Dear All,
I have problem with storage ST2540-M2.
I can ping to both of controller (192.168.128.101 and 192.168.128.102), but when register on CAM, error messages is " not found ".
I already tried with serial console, but can't display anything. (blank screen).
As a physical indicator, no LED light in every disk (6 disks available). Just power indicator is "ON" .
Please help me to any information or suggestion for my case.
