How to make the non recoverable tax as a part of Cost?

Hi Experts,

Our client requirement is that they want to make the cost + non recoverable Tax as the total cost of the Item.

As example:

Item : Pen = 10 $

Non recovearble Tax = .5 $

So if we see in the Inventory Organization the item cost will be shown as 10 only. Is there any way so that we can make the Pen cost of 10.5 ?
