apfhanwf.wft Failed when run Patch 10350068:R12.AP.B

Hi,

I need help. I'm running adpatch for patching 10350068:R12.AP.B patch file. But when it's running error occurs "apfhanwf.wft failed" and patching proses cannot run anymore. It's critical issue because I cannot open my oracle application in java applet. Why it happen??? How I solve this problem??
