Changing layout of WebADI in Assets

Hi,

I need to change the layout/ define custom layout so as to make 'Asset Category' and 'Expense Account' "NON-Mandatory" fields in WebADI.

Can anyone explain the steps to remove "Required Field" from standard template or if their is any work around?????
