Setup Asset for MOAC r12

Hi all,

I have 2 legal entity with difference ledger.  So that I want to create 2 asset responsibility because both of them have different asset data (category, key). I try setup system control for both ledger. But, I just can setup one system control. How I setup asset for MOAC?
