Patch 7303030: Error while applying patch 7303030

Hi Team,

Customer is in a process to upgrade their application from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3
Patch 7303030 is failing with below error message.

adpatch log for patch 7303030 shows error as

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        FAXGROUP.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No
 Freeing includes hash table
Freeing fixes hash table
 Freeing basedons hash table
Freeing entities hash table

Customer already recompile all the forms and libraries using adadmin .
But still the invalid list shows 328 invalid objects.
