No records are created in CARDEX during Ship Confirmation - 8.12

 Dears, 
No records are created in CARDEX during Ship Confirmation. What is more, the Summary Availability and F41021 are not updated during ship confirmation, and the Location in Sales order is not updated with shipment location, the pick confirmation saved the warehouse location (in shelf) and it was never updated during next steps (pack, ship, sales udpate)

System: JDE 8.12
