UK PAY: Online Payslip Missing Details for a Particular Month

Hi,

My client has raised an issue.

Online Payslip for a particular month (no different than any other month) does not give the details/ Lines of various payments that an employee has been paid.

So lets say he has X, Y and Z elements paid, the online Payslip just mentions X and the Totals, and completely misses out mentioning Y and Z.

Have you encountered this in your implementations or have any ideas about what may be causing this issue?
