Thirdpartystockcount..Need advice

 Hi
Business is asking for flat file stock count from us. So we have decided to go for 3rd party stock count from SIM (UNIT Only).

But when I explored I am getting issues in creating RGIS file format. There is not much information in SIM 13.1.5 Operation Guide for this.
So please guide us on the below questions..

1. What should be the name of RGIS file which we need to put in STOCK_COUNT_DIR folder. Please give the valid name so that we can change it and put our store number,time etc

Because  we created file with name RGIS_20121004122359_18220001 and given permission to 777 and put in STOCK_COUNT_DIR   but when we run the thirdparty..batch with this file as parameter it says "NO file exists".
