Shipping network transfer charge type Requested %

 Hi,

We have a shipping network define between A and B

1) From A to B, in transit, internal order required  yes and transfer charge type is Predefined % 5, its working perfectly, automatic 5% transfer cost is added when stock transferred from A to B

2) From B to A,  in transit, internal order required No and transfer charge type is Requested %, its also working perfectly and deducting transfer cost 4.761993239% when stock transferred from B to A

Required two clarification.

1) From where it is picking -4.761993239% when stock is transferred from B to A, at the time of receipt transaction i am not entering any %, but its doing correctly.
