Workflow- Not Picking up CreatedBy or CreatedbyEamilAddress

Hello,

Is anyone having a problem using these fields in the workflow configuration. Prior to Rel 20 we had a workflow that had the subject specified below in the send email action. It used to work and now it is not working. Any idea? I have raised an SR, just wondering if anyone else has a similar problem

Record Type- Service Request.

Trigger Event- When New Record Saved

Action: Send Email

Subject Line:Service Request %%%[<SRNumber>]%%%Credit Amount is $%%%[<cCredit_Amount_ITAG>]%%% - Created by %%%[<CreatedBy>]%%% at %%%[<CreatedbyEmailAddress>]%%%
